   I introduced myself to cigs when I was just a kid. It was the most terrible mistake of my life. Now 30 years down the road I have found kicking the habit is literally impossible. I used all of the quit smoking tools but none did the trick. Then I heard about the e cig. The electric cigarette uses a nicotine fluid that contains nothing but nicotine. No toxic substances at all. My mate tells me I can’t handle it but I am so serious of this I will. recently I began experianceing pains in my belly and I seriously need a cig.
